Every plan includes every module. What changes between plans is the size of subscriber base they are built for — never which parts of the system you can open. There are no locked tabs and no add-on pricing to negotiate later.
There is one version of Wasoli. Plans differ in the scale of subscriber base they are sized for, not in what the software can do. If it exists in the product, it is on your instance from the first day.

Getting started
What setup actually involves.
Signing on is not a form and a login. There is a real sequence before your staff open the panel for the first time.
Included, not billed separately
Three things happen before you sign in.
Your history moves with you
If you are coming from another billing system, we read it, rebuild it as your own database, and check the money reconciles before it goes live. No re-keying years of receipts by hand.
Your instance is provisioned automatically
A process and a database are created for you alone, on a port nobody shares — not a slot in a shared multi-tenant table.
Your address and certificate are set up for you
Your panel goes live at yourcompany.wasoli.net with TLS issued before anyone signs in. Nothing to configure on your end.
Quoted before you commit
Tell us your connection count and whether you are migrating from another system, and we quote setup and the monthly figure together — nothing appears later that wasn’t in the quote.
Nothing shared with another operator
Your database is created for your operation alone. It is never a row in somebody else’s table.
Questions
Before you ask us directly.
The honest answers to what operators actually ask before signing on.
What does a plan include?
All ten modules — dashboard, subscribers and connections, billing, collection and recovery, complaints, messaging, dealers, reports, staff and access, and areas and catalogue. There is no separate tier that unlocks a module. The three plans differ only in the scale of subscriber base they are sized for.
Do I pay per connection or per user?
Neither, in the sense of metering every seat or every line separately. Plans are sized in bands by how many connections you run, and every login your staff needs is included — there is no per-user add-on.
Can I move my existing data across?
Yes. If you are moving from another billing system, your subscribers, connections, bills, receipts, staff, dealers, complaints, message logs and area hierarchy are read from your current system, rebuilt as your own database, and reconciled against what it already reports before anything goes live.
Who owns my data?
You do. It lives in a database created for you alone, not a shared table with a tenant column. Nobody else’s data is in it, and yours is in nobody else’s.
What happens if I stop paying — can I export?
Yes. Because the database is yours and yours alone, an export is a copy of that database, not a rebuild from scraps. Talk to us about the specifics for your instance.
Do you offer a trial?
Not a self-serve one yet. Ask for a demo and we will walk you through the system directly — the fastest way to judge billing software is against your own numbers, so that is what we set up.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup covers provisioning your instance, issuing your address and certificate, and migrating your existing history if you have one. Ask us for a quote and setup will be priced plainly alongside it, not hidden inside the monthly figure.
Do you support both internet and cable billing?
Yes. A single subscriber record can carry an internet line and a cable line independently, each with its own package, price and discount, billed on the same run.
Is my data separate from other operators?
Yes. Every operator gets a private instance and a private database, running on its own address — yourcompany.wasoli.net. There is no shared pool of operators behind it.
Tell us your connection count.
That, and whether you are migrating from another system, is everything we need to put a real quote in front of you.
